The personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6(1) letter e of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). No transfer or other use of the data will occur beyond the above.

Where a contestant is determined not to have won, their competition entry card will be destroyed in a manner compliant with data protection provisions, and the data will not be electronically stored. 

Where a contestant is determined to have won, their address will be electronically stored for the purposes of sending them their prize. These data will be deleted on 31.12.2022.

You have various rights as a data subject, including the right to obtain information on processed data concerning you. Further information on the rights of those affected can be found in the Bundesbank’s data protection notices on its website or by contacting the Bank’s data protection officer.
