In addition to manual input and uploading CSV files in AMS, the XML format is also available for transmitting transaction notification in accordance with Annexes ZABILC1, ZABILC2 and ZABILC3 of the AWV. Files in XML format are transmitted in AMS respectively NExt (from spring 2026). An automated process can be used. 

Please note the specified file names in the file descriptions.

Important note: The file naming conventions will change with the use of NExt. We will make the new schemes available in mid-December 2025.
