These indicator systems provide an overview of the situation on Germany’s residential and commercial real estate markets. The indicators describe current developments in these market segments from three perspectives: in terms of prices, the real economy and financing.

Financial soundness indicators

Financial soundness indicators (FSIs) are a set of indicators developed by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to assess the financial health of a country’s financial system and key sectors as consistently as possible in international terms.

Alongside other major data providers, the Bundesbank publishes indicators for Germany on the basis of this system.

SDDS Plus

The Special Data Dissemination Standard Plus (SDDS Plus) is a standard set by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for the uniform dissemination of economic and financial data.
