Trotz der Corona-Pandemie zeichnet sich keine abrupte Korrektur der Wohnimmobilienpreise in Deutschland ab, so die Einschätzung der Bundesbank. Dies setze allerdings voraus, dass die Konjunkturerholung nicht „gravierend“ gestört werde. Die Pandemie habe bislang kaum Spuren am Wohnimmobilienmarkt hinterlassen, heißt es im jüngsten Monatsbericht der Bundesbank.
