The top floor of our main building will be open to guests on both days. Enjoy a unique view of the Frankfurt skyline!

On both days you’ll have the chance to put your questions to the Bundesbank President. The Q&A will take place on Saturday and Sunday at 14:15 in the guest house of the Bundesbank.

Talk to our experts and learn more about the tasks of the German central bank. You can also learn about the work of the Federal Police, who guard the Bundesbank premises, and the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority as well as the European Central Bank.

For those who want to learn more about the Bundesbank’s tasks, there will be short themed talks to provide an overview. Visitors can participate directly in a quiz on the topic.

Musical entertainment will be provided onstage by performers including Urban Club Band, Backenfutter and Flo&Chris. They will also be joined by Jochen the Elephant, SuperBrass, Rumbacoustic and our euro mascot.

There is plenty of fun and games planned for our younger visitors over the weekend: crafts, face-painting and climbing. A caricaturist will be on hand to immortalise your child on a personalised banknote. For the bigger kids, there will be a bouncy castle, a climbing frame and much, much more.

In a big cinema tent, visitors can don a virtual reality headset and take a tour of the Bundesbank’s Central Office. The virtual tour will take in the office of Bundesbank President Jens Weidmann and the vault, where the gold bars will be almost within reach.

A wide range of food and drinks will be available at family-friendly prices.

Oktober diskutierten eingeladene Vertreter des Kreditgewerbes, sowie aus Notenbanken und Marktinfrastrukturen über aktuelle Themen und Trends. Die Veranstaltung wurde live im Internet übertragen.
