Das vom italienischen Künstler Giuseppe Penone geschaffene Kunstobjekt wird am 4. September 2015 aufgestellt. "Gravity and Growth" ist ein mehr als 17 Meter hoher Baum und besteht vorwiegend aus Bronze und Granit. Es ist eins von drei Projekten, die 2014 im Rahmen eines internationalen Wettbewerbs von einer Jury ausgewählt wurden.

Auf der heutigen Sitzung hat der EZB-Rat beschlossen, den Zinssatz für die Hauptrefinanzierungsgeschäfte sowie die Zinssätze für die Spitzenrefinanzierungsfazilität und die Einlagefazilität unverändert bei 0,05 %, 0,30 % bzw. -0,20 % zu belassen.
