Dieser soll den Nutzern als Informationsquelle im Zusammenhang mit den geldpolitischen Operationen, den Devisengeschäften und der Investitionstätigkeit dienen. Zudem sind darin Angaben über die Liquiditätsströme enthalten.

In Dortmund entsteht mit einer neuen Filiale der größte und modernste Geldbearbeitungs-Standort der Deutschen Bundesbank. Anfang September wurden die ersten Spatenstiche für das Bauprojekt gesetzt. Im Jahr 2019 soll die neue Filiale ihren Betrieb aufnehmen.
