However, given that the minimum requirements applicable for transactions effected by business clients do not apply to business clients, the range of cash-related services available to these customers is restricted.

Die Europäische Zentralbank (EZB) hat beschlossen, gegen die Crédit Agricole S.A. Zwangsgelder (in regelmäßigen Abständen zu zahlende Strafgelder) in Höhe von 7.551.050 € zu verhängen, da eine der im EZB-Beschluss vom 8. Februar 2024 festgelegten Anforderungen nicht erfüllt wurde.
