The Capital Requirements Regulation for ZAG Institutions (ZAG-Instituts-Eigenmittelverordnung – ZIEV) contains the requirements for quarterly own funds reports pursuant to Section 15(2) of the Payment Services Supervision Act (Zahlungsdiensteaufsichtsgesetz – ZAG), including the calculation methods and information on the reporting modalities, as well as the template ZEM with which the reports are to be submitted. In addition, the ZIEV lays down the criteria for the required professional indemnity insurance for payment initiation and account information services.
