Through its range of services in the area of economic education, the Deutsche Bundesbank aims to impart basic knowledge about economics in the areas of money, currency and central banking. This knowledge is essential if everyone is to understand money and its function and thus to develop an awareness of the importance of a stable currency and the work required in this respect.
