Laut dem heute von der Europäischen Zentralbank (EZB) veröffentlichten Financial Stability Review vom November 2025 wird die Finanzstabilität im Euroraum weiterhin durch die anhaltenden Unsicherheiten im Zusammenhang mit Handelsabkommen und den längerfristigen Auswirkungen der Zölle auf die Wirtschaft und Finanzmärkte bestimmt. Die Messgrößen für die handelspolitische Unsicherheit hätten sich seit ihren Höchstständen im April spürbar verringert, dennoch bestehe nach wie vor Unsicherheit, die auch wieder deutlich zunehmen könnte, so EZB-Vizepräsident Luis de Guindos.
