This online course is designed for individuals new to roles within central bank cash departments who seek an introduction to planning future demand and monitoring cash stock. It is equally suited for experienced professionals looking to deepen their expertise, as well as for those responsible for overseeing these processes.

Junior to mid-level central bank officials working in the area of monetary policy, monetary policy implementation, financial stability, banking supervision, banking regulation or international relations with a focus or who want to focus on challenges arising from climate, nature, and wider sustainability issues. Participants knowledgeable in the area of climate, environmental or nature-related risks are invited to contribute short presentations based on their own expertise in this field to facilitate an interactive course.

Staff from HR units of central banks. Participants should have good knowledge of the systems and procedures used in their respective institutions to manage HR issues.
