The course is designed for mid-level and senior central bank employees, as well as professionals from payment and settlement system operators. A solid background in payment and settlement processes is essential. Basic knowledge of software testing or IT project management is beneficial but not mandatory.

It is also suitable for participants with less than senior- or expert-level experience, provided they have a basic understanding of internal audit. Although the course focuses on topics related to third-line functions, representatives of audit and control bodies from second-line functions are equally welcome.
