For those who want to learn more about the Bundesbank’s tasks, there will be short themed talks to provide an overview. Visitors can participate directly in a quiz on the topic.

Music and more
Musical entertainment will be provided onstage by performers including Urban Club Band, Backenfutter and Flo&Chris. They will also be joined by Jochen the Elephant, SuperBrass, Rumbacoustic and our euro mascot.

Children's programme
There is plenty of fun and games planned for our younger visitors over the weekend: crafts, face-painting and climbing. A caricaturist will be on hand to immortalise your child on a personalised banknote. For the bigger kids, there will be a bouncy castle, a climbing frame and much, much more.

Virtual Reality Dome
In a big cinema tent, visitors can don a virtual reality headset and take a tour of the Bundesbank’s Central Office. The virtual tour will take in the office of Bundesbank President Jens Weidmann and the vault, where the gold bars will be almost within reach.

Zahlungsverkehrssymposium 2024 "Zukunft des Zahlungsverkehrs: Trends und Innovationen in Deutschland und Europa"
Die voranschreitende Digitalisierung und technische Innovationen revolutionieren auch den Bereich des Zahlungsverkehrs und der Wertpapierabwicklung. Auf dem Zahlungsverkehrssymposium 2024 am 7. Oktober diskutierten eingeladene Vertreter des Kreditgewerbes, sowie aus Notenbanken und Marktinfrastrukturen über aktuelle Themen und Trends. Die Veranstaltung wurde live im Internet übertragen.
