HR challenges for central banks
Objective
Given that employees are the most important asset of any organisation, adequate management of human resources (HR) is critical to providing an employee-oriented and productive work environment. This one-week course addresses a broad range of HR management aspects at the Bundesbank and the OeNB and aims to provide a platform for peer-to-peer exchange.
The course will include a mix of presentations, discussions and practical exercises.

Target group
Staff from HR units of central banks. Participants should have sound knowledge of the systems and procedures used in their respective institution to manage HR issues and are expected to take an active part in discussions, drawing on their own experiences.
